Every piece is designed and finished by hand, leveraging techniques from jewelers’ traditional carving, lost wax casting, and soldering.

We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when the product is customized based on your request. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact us at @softnoise_studio on Instagram

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, or without prior authorization.
